Our acrobatics program here at Many but One is an extension of training for our dancers. The classes are focused on building strength and flexibility skills, while receiving instruction in progressive tricks. The classes, depending upon the ages and levels, begin with cardio work, body warm-up from head to toe, abs, backs, all splits, handstands, across the floor tricks and much more.
Our youngest students in Creative Mvt. & Pre-Ballet class receive a 30 min basic instruction, while our Levels 1-3 learn structure and progression in a 60 min class. Some students are asked to join our 75 min. Intermediate & Advanced class where they begin to master tricks at a more difficult level.
Acrobatics 4 Intermediate (Class by teacher placement only)
Before a student is placed in this class by their instructor, they must show a level of excellence in their flexibility, strength, technique, as well as a growth of maturity in their movement. This class is to help our younger students continue to progress and grow in the art of acrobatics so that they may move into our final level here at Many but One of Advanced Acro. In addition to these requirements, a student must also demonstrate an intermediate level of body awareness in their acrobatics and dancing.
